A tough day in the saddle was in store for the riders, with the race passing through the steep Adelaide hills. Perhaps not one for Peter Sagan or Caleb Ewan, but would we see the likes of Richie Porte, Esteban Chaves or Simon Gerrans coming to the fore in the finale?
